This is soft body 8" GLO SQUID SKIRT rigged with an 8 oz egg weight, (2) water activated L.E.D. lights and has a 275lb s.s.cable on a forged 7/0 j-hook attached to a 300lb crane swivel by JK brand.  This will target many pelagic fish and is why it is rigged with a cable drop.  I have used them, and they will not last long around these listed fish below:
