This is a regulation tournament fish ruler that is made of a tear-proof vinyl.  This a 2" wide water-proof tape that has every other inch in a different color and will make it easy to get your fish measure up for the tourney.  It has large marks and logo on every foot, this makes the AI programs easy to accurately measure your catches fro authentication. There is  Velcro lanyard attached for easy and convenient storage applications.
